The new FastConnect chips from Qualcomm simultaneously harness two separate bands and can thus lower latency and jitter by a factor of four compared to Wi-Fi 6 solutions that only connect via a single band. This technology can benefit online gaming and live communication applications. It is currently offered on select devices from Acer and Lenovo powered by Windows 11.
