The new update 12.5 introduced a bad bug, earpiece mic stopped working. This is unacceptable.

Xiaomi has released MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition to the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 10 5G on the update's second batch. While it is only reaching Chinese devices currently, the release of MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition to these pair should mean that the Mi 10T Lite, Mi 10i, Redmi Note 10T 5G and POCO M3 Pro 5G eventually receive the tweaked OS too, though.
