Got my Poco F3 phone 2 weeks ago, it came preloaded with 12.5.0.3.
I too get the dreaded loop reboot after a few days interval.

I still couldn't pinpoint the cause but i am certain it isn't heat issue as i have AC running.

MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition has started reaching devices globally, but not without issue for some POCO F3 handsets. Apparently, the update has left affected handsets to experience frequent reboots, with 'framework' seemingly the problem.
