Still waiting for miui OTA update for my mi 10t pro. It should arrive in the 3rd quarter.

I am in the UK with me 10th pro that was bought from 3. In order to get the newest update I changed the region of the phone, by going to the settings and changing region to Romania. Then I went to to MIUI update and checked for updates and I was able to download and install 12.5.3.
Can I changed region back to the UK and everything seems to be working fine. I do not know if there are any side effects to this but everything seems to be working fine.

Interesting as in UK I'm stuck on 12.1.2 with no update showing

I am still stuck at MIUI 12.5.1 And also Indian MIUI ROM is vastly different from the Chinese one when it comes to features.
Xiaomi has great hardware but backed by poor software and their software updates. Xiaomi is not up-to-date with Google monthly security updates and overall they lack good software experiences

It's Sir, if you want to use such pompous words. Would have been enough to take a closer look at the editor's picture below the article. MIUI 13 will be released at the end of the yearr and the 9A is NOT in the list of devices to get it anyway, so most likely the answer for you is, sadly, never. Michelle31, I think it has something to do with the region. I am in Eastern Europe. The attachment problem in Gmail might be caused by the Gmail app, which I am sure you know it is made by Google and has nothing to do with Xiaomi. How you guys get MiUi12.5.3?

I'm stuck at 12.5.1 and my Gmail app is having problem with notification sound also. In addition, I can't attach any attachment after i click on "Reply" button in Gmail. I need to manually select the file, follow by Upload via Gmail.

This MiUI update is terrible. Very disappointed with XiaoMi brand.

@Bogdan: The File Manager app (by Xiaomi, comes as part of MIUI) has a Search function. Tried that one already?

I have 12.5.8.0 stable on Redmi note 10s and I'm very happy with it.Only question is ,there is any phone search , like when you want to search something in your phone not the web?

Get back and let us know if 12.5.3 takes care of that problem for you. We can only hope it doesn't add other ones. For me, everything's fine so far.

After the update to MiUi 12.5.1 Global, all Gmail app notification will not have any notification sound and LED light alert.
