Updating to Android 10 and the July 2021 security patch has LEFT THIS DEVICE with LOTS of bugs. Your Phone companion, link to windows doesn't work, it did before the patch. Terrible to leave a phones features broken. Really going to have to consider this when I get a new phone. Samsung are already dead to me. This company might go on the "never again" list as well. Trading standards needs to sort these cowboys out. Sorting bugs is one thing, but leaving you with all these bugs that the phone never had when you bought it seems like Apple battery lawsuit time to me. Seems intentional.

Already updated to android 11 with lineage os 18.1.  goodbye android one . Long life to this good device! 😄

Funny that you talk about Android One like that, when it was a full mess of bugs and instability. And it didn't only happen to HMD: Mi A3 had issues, same as LG G7 One and HTC U11 Life.

So, I'll say I'm glad it's gone. It was an excuse used by lazy companies like HMD to not do anything for their devices, and at the end of the day, Samsung showed to everyone you dont need "pure clean" Android in order to update your devices. You just need a proper well done Android skin.
