LG's choice to leave the Android smartphone market has left empty space on shelves within the OEM's flagship physical stores in its native South Korea. The company had intended to put it to potentially lucrative use by allowing Apple to stock iPhones there instead. However, those plans are now on hold due to backlash from the business community in the country.
