I'm talking of this. So will be a dGPU or iGPU? Also because the die size is early 190mm2 so can be easily inside AL cpu that is larger that RL.

Those articles are obviously talking about discrete GPUs.
The 14-core is probably that H45 i7 or i9, and they paired it with a discrete DG2 GPU. Then they tested it twice, once with the 96 EU iGPU, then with the 256 EU dGPU.
I doubt we will see a DG2 card with 960 EUs.
