"The statement that the system is working as designed, in conjunction with the use of Prime95, can be considered to be correct. What is being displayed in the Prime95 results is something in Prime95 which, in normal usage conditions, triggers a security function in BIOS which will carry out an emergency power down on a system that is overheating due to things such as the system accidentally turning on in a bag. Therefore, the results posted in the topic resulting from testing using Prime95 have to be disregarded."
So to speak, the machine is behaving as designed, it may throttle down as safety buffer.
