Pretty impressive indeed, and they've been having some awesome sales (at least in the US) too. If I were looking to expand my lens setup I'd be buying right now.

Sony asserts that its latest lens is a particularly compact and versatile example of its G Master series. The new accessory has a large F1.8 aperture, and advanced optical components rated for enhanced resolution and reduced distortion. Therefore, the OEM asserts it is as suitable for ultra-wide photography as it is for low-light shots and bokeh shots.
