Samsung has teased its third Galaxy Unpacked even for the year, scheduling it for April 28 at 10am ET. The event promises to reveal "the most powerful Galaxy" device yet launched, but is unlikely to be a new Galaxy smartphone which what people typically think of when they hear or see "Galaxy" anywhere.
