Never shall I buy another motorola.
I loved my G6 Play, until an "upgrade" caused it to behin shrieking, "HELLO MOTO!" whenever it is turned on.
It cannot be stopped.
No matter your other enhancements,Motorola, this broke our relationship.

I hate to ask the obvious question, but why would you engage the ambient light sensor to test brightness? Disengage it, turn the screen all the way up and THEN test it.  Turning the sensor on first is not fundamentally different than turning the device off and running your test.

Deal breaker for me is not even that. It's the fact that this phone will only get 1 Android upgrade. The G10 will get none and the G100 will also only get 1. I have the G8 plus and I love my phone and thought about continuing with Motorola, but won't any more. I'll spend my money upgrading to the Samsung M31 instead.

Moreover moto phones always lacks a basic sensor such as gyro or ecompass which is most essential nowadays...

I wish that Motorola have a swap option with this moto g30. I am not satisfied about the feature as I expected. I'm an avid fan of Motorola ever since but too much disappointment today after I bought this Moto G30 phone.
Thanks so much if you'll reply with  my concern.

The Motorola Moto G30 has managed to impress us in many respects. However, the otherwise good mid-range smartphone has one glaring flaw, which will be a deal-breaker for anyone who likes to spend a lot of time out in the sun.
