DLSS is literally a gamechanger.
DSR is the excact opposite of DLSS.

Rendering 4K at a 1080p Monitor = 30 FPS
Rendering 720P to 1080p with looking even better (with good DLSS 2.0) = 90 FPS.

I expect the rtx 3050Ti should have the same or better performance than the rtx 2060, not in gtx 1660 range
