MediaTek hat heute einen neuen Chip für 4K Fernseher vorgestellt. Das SoC kommt mit einer ARM Cortex-A55 CPU und einer ARM Mali-G52 GPU. Unterstützt wird das System von einer APU Eigenentwicklung, mit welcher Sprachsteuerung, auch aus dem Standby-Modus und KI-Bildverbesserung ermöglicht wird. Neue Smart-TVs mit dem Chip soll es bereits im zweiten Quartal geben.
