How easy you increase the power but you do not take care of the consumption when it is essential in a laptop, the truth is that INTEL is getting more and more crazy.
AMD is continually prioritizing energy savings over power and INTEL does the opposite.

I don't want an intel laptop that only lasts 5 hours.
I prefer the newer AMD 5000 series that last about 9 hours

Intel Tiger Lake-U bietet bereits eine erstklassige Single-Core-Performance, die Beschränkung auf maximal vier Prozessorkerne verhindert aber eine marktführende Multi-Core-Leistung. Das könnte sich bald ändern, denn ein Händler listet bereits viele Notebooks mit Tiger Lake-H, den leistungsstärkeren Chips mit bis zu acht Kernen und einer TDP von 45 Watt.
