This price is based in china price converted to dollars. Im definitely sure it's gonna be more than that globally. Let's expect 500-600$ on this phone outside china.

Woaah! What is Xiaomi's profit margin on this product ?
Using the most expensive Samsung 120 Hz E4 AMOLED (same as Samsung Note 20 Ultra), Most expensive Snapdragon 888 chip, Hi-Res audio and obviously expensive camera modules too, all at $ 465 - a price lot less than Mi 11...something which no other company is able to do.

My alarm bell for a 'privacy disaster' or 'state-sponsered entity' is wildly ringing...

This dude's Umidigi Bison that he's talking about has a Helio P60. He's literally brainwashed into thinking the 6 gigs of RAM and 128 gigs of storage makes it equivalent to a phone with a literal snapdragon 888. 💀

My umidigi Bison has 6Gb and 128.    It's completely waterproof and takes pictures underwater as well.   Shockproof and loaded with sensors.   169.99 and the most amazing phone I've had...not once have I've seen a loading screen.    Redmii can bring that price down.

Xiaomi certainly aims what Poco F1 had achieved almost 3 years ago: a truly flagship "killer". It, of course, cuts some corners, mainly OIS, IP rating, etc. but hey, at that price no one would complain. For people just seeks the greatest SoC within under the hood of a phone, agree to accept mediocre secondary usage (camera, etc.), and fits for everyone (not game-y, nor rugged-y), it certainly wins in every aspects. And of, flat screen is super nice. I always wondered why almost all flagship still loves to use curved screen, too much for PR.
