I first ordered T14 gen 2 i7 but because of supply delays decided to take P14s instead. So far, I'm very happy with my choice - the thing is simply brilliant. I don't see any issues with excessive heat or noise under normal use. Its design and dimensions are virtually identical to my old T460s it's going to replace. Absolutely love it!

I purchased a P14s before 1 week ago. When I keep it on it goes to sleep mode and when I press a key the screen is not on. I need to press power button and restart... Please help

Oh gawd, is the P15 the same with high temperatures and loud fan noise? I wanted a P43/53 but they are gone.  What is a good replacement for them,  I am a software developer doing python work.  Many thanks.

Lenovo's ThinkPad P14s Gen 1 borrows its design from the T-model ThinkPad T14 and includes an Nvidia Quadro GPU as a unique selling point. For the majority of users, this will probably only bring minor advantages, also because its performance is limited per se. However, the ThinkPad P14s can be a good choice for one or two CAD applications on the go.
