I personally prefer a little bit of bezel on a laptop, for better durability, the ability to have a camera shutter, and to be able to use it in tablet mode. I imagine that while it won't happen right away, eventually the trend will be to switch to in-display cameras, and I just hope they don't abandon shutters in the process. Unfortunately, it seems highly unlikely physical ones will be possible, but at least an electronic disconnect should still be included.
