If you read at the bottom of the article...

The Hackboard 2 includes 4G, 5G, Bluetooth, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. 4G and 5G connectivity is achievable through NVMe modules, which must be ordered in addition to the board itself.

The Hackboard 2 is an Intel-based single-board computer that is also compatible with the Raspberry Pi. The machine runs Windows 10 or Ubuntu natively and retails for US$99. The Hackboard 2 features 4 GB up DDR4 RAM and 64 GB of eMMC flash storage too, along with plenty of I/O.
