The results for the RTX 3070 and RTX 3080 in the table are exactly the same. I guess there is an error on that, right?

I've a new MSI GE75 Raider with the 2060, still current model.  500GB SSD, 1TB HD.  So FS should run on my 1080 screen or external monitor (or both?).  So I dl to the HD.  On installation, how can I control what gets installed where?  Software by default goes to C the SSD.  Anyone know how much space is needed for the software itself?  RE data, we talk of 120GB, so I don't want that on the SSD.  Can I control this?

I'm not any sort of day to day gamer, just a long time IT guy who finally has a fairly decent 17" laptop.  Don't have space or money for the great accessories for FS - what is a bare minimum?  I'd think some form of joystick (there appear to be some sub $100 units for basics) and some day foot pedals.

When Flight Simulator went on sale, it had to struggle with various technical problems. About a month after the official launch, we also took to the skies and checked out this hardware-hungry title.
