Estimated console hardware sales in Japan for the week Nov 30-Dec 6 have revealed how stock shortages for both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S have greatly impacted sales in that country. Nintendo has been reaping the rewards, with over 200,000 Switch units sold. While the PS5 has generally sold well when available, the Microsoft consoles have floundered.
