I've dropped my 9900 several times on concrete over 1m still the other day I drop it off the wharf by accident 3 meter s to 1 m deep sea water took me 10 minutes to find it but very good now 6 months old I completely recommend don't know about the other models but 9900 is very cheap for full spec phone get what you pay for

s*** phone. s*** company. Do NOT buy. My BV9800 Pro broke on the very first fall (less than 2 ft). How can this scammer company claim to have a practically unbreakable phone, with military grade certifications, and not back up with a good enough warranty to back up their claims? I felt completely scammed. I actually felt very stupid after bragging to my friends about the phones "ruggedness" and it actually braking in front of one of my friends in the first drop. I was laughed at pretty hard. So... Do yourself a favor and stay away from this garbage phone. The scammer company will not honor it's super inflated claims and leave you hanging without a warranty, a replacement, or a discount which I wouldn't use it anyway. I will make sure to inform the hard working individual about my case and how this phone doesn't last a single drop to the asphalt from less than 2 ft. Stay away from this garbage!!

DO NOT BUY BLACKVIEW THROUGH CROWDFUNDING!! I bought the 9800 pro through indigogo and 2 weeks after the campaign ended they released them for the same price on eBay, Amazon and Ali express (all their official sellers) and fulfilled all of those orders before shipping any of the crowdfunded orders! If you bought from any of those sites (which have buyer protection) you had the phone in 2 weeks to a month but for those of us that thought we were helping them through crowdfunding had to wait 9+ months to recieve our phones, many taking legal action against them.

Desde un principio me puse en contacto con el vendedor por las anomalías que presentaba el equipó y jamás te recibí atención de el.
Posteriormente contacte con el fabricante y paso lo o mismo.
Hecho lamentable.
Muy mala compra
