Ehm.. computers (Read: Mac) and OS are two different things.. so I assume that you mean for commodity x86 .. Where the business model of the two companies are totally different (apple makes the OS in conjuction with their hardware), you basically can do it with an hackint0sh. Apple don't force Windows on their machines, their customers liked the convenience on x86. They still can buy an x86 mac, so apple is not obligated to support Windows, but leaves with the statement the door open for collaboration.
