The NH-D15 already had a black edition. The new one (as the image legend says) is the NH-D15S (the assymetric version of the NH-D15) which only existed in the regular chrome+brown fans until now, the article is not very clear confusing the coolers.

Noctua has announced new additions to its chromax.black line-up. For the uninitiated, they are versions of this Austrian OEM's PC coolers or fans in an all-matte black finish. These latest examples are new versions of the award-winning NH-D15 asymmetric cooler and the NH-U9S compact fan.
