The concept of a curved screen isn't new by any means. We've long seen curved edges, back to when the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge appeared in 2014.....

What's the use ? This won't run Android and if HongMeng OS was any good, it would have been alright but their Petal search is just disguised Google search that gets you shady apks of the blocked mainstream apps to sideload, with no proper updates etc. Just not the effort to use this phone.
So no use of having these weird looking hexa-camera setups..

Looks great to me. At least a bit different from other brands and precious generations, unlike other brands.

Strikingly ugly. One has to ask, could it get any uglier?

A new teaser for the Mate 40 Pro Plus has been posted online, shedding some light on the device's monstrous camera bump. The volume button has returned for this year's model at least, but the circular camera housing from the Mate 30 Pro has been replaced by what can only be described as a shield. The retail box of the Mate 40 Pro Plus has leaked too, confirming several specifications.
