As a frequent reader of Notebookcheck, I would say people benefit from PWM awareness more than that of blue light.

The US State of California's legislative body has passed a resolution that makes today (October 10, 2020) Blue Light Awareness Day in the jurisdiction. The device certification group Eyesafe has welcomed the motion, particularly in light of the trend towards remote working and learning and, thus, the ever-growing rate of screen use in the region.
