Well, get ready for another hype-train since, 'special' OnePlus is coming to entry-level range.
Is OnePlus launching Nord after the almost identical Oppo Reno4 & now an entry level phone with SD 460 just after the launch of Oppo A53 with SD 460, all just a coincidence ?

After releasing the OnePlus Nord a while ago, it appears OnePlus isn't done with catering for the non-flagship segments. New information has now surfaced, strongly indicating that the company could be set to release an entry-level device powered by the Snapdragon 460.
