I purchased realme xt 8/128gb for 19000rs in first sale of Flipkart it was doing well but one day when I kept it on charging it's display stopped working without falling or getting damaged on march 10th but I was self quarantined due to travelling issues and  then there was this lockdown and when after the lockdown I went to the service station they said it's warranty is over ...realme made false claims to extend the warranty of its products .there customer service first said it has warranty of 1year and service centre said no warranty Ur warranty expires on 16thmarch itself and said Ur phone has 18thsept date. I told them it takes two days to reach up and I recvd it on 18th so I started it on 18sept.without checking the phone they did it's a phisical damage and the service centre at Andheri sakinaka this store manager named Mr.Tushar Bore was so arrogant he didn't even listen to me and they don't even respond to the mails sent and after few weeks I ended up paying rs5000 ...hell of brand will never buy it in future...

I am also a Realme XT user. It is my 6th smartphone and first Realme phone. I bought it when it was launched first time in India. With my experience with Realme XT , I just want to say that REALME is a fraud manufacturer, who brings cheapest mobile parts from china and assemble those parts in India and copy others. My Realme XT got problems from starting and this phone has boxes of problems. They just gave false ads to attract common indian customers. I bought it at 17K and this phone is even worsen than low price Xiaomi phone Redmi Note 4.
This third class Chinese company just gave false ads and then start looting us.

A brand-new Realme XT smartphone has gone up in flames during charging, leaving the owner with a charred husk of a device. However, Realme believes the phone exploded "due to external force" whereas the user is insistent that the Realme XT had its meltdown while charging overnight.
