Does Sony have any program for Indie? Or they just put a little money to support them?

Most of the indie devs will says that Xbox is better for them as MS support them with great program allowing them to get the tools etc
Not to mention easier publishing etc.with lower costs and more.

Indie developers at Neon Giant studio spoke to EDGE magazine recently about their experience working on Xbox Series X hardware. Microsoft's machine is "easier to develop for," and has "magic loading speeds," they claimed.
