So Intel requires using an industrial chiller for the upcoming generation to match in performance AMD's year old generation?  ;D

AMD may have upped its game with recent Ryzen and Threadripper processors, but the Core i9-10900K shows that Intel still has something left to offer. Seemingly able to push 5.4 GHz and 1.35 V while scoring over 3,000 in Cinebench R15 multi-core, the Core i9-10900K is a massive improvement over the Core i9-9900K. The Core i9-10900K has the measure of the Ryzen 9 3900X too, but do not mention the Ryzen 9 3950X, though.
