hi, can you confirm that you can upgrade to 64GB?  Asus website stated max support is 32GB.

has the 2060 variant had a huge delay or something? Its been a while since its scheduled release. I ordered one over a month ago and have been left in the dark on its release status. anyone else experiencing this?

I meaaaaan, if I wasn't such a fanboy of the new Ryzen 4000's, I would honestly opt for the GS66 stealth, it's just better in everything but processor. Battery life, slimmer, thermals, screen, RGB, and a 2070 ( I hope not Max-Q ), the ram speed is most likely lower (2666MHz) just to point out that Intel isn't as heavy reliant on RAM. Oh and Thunderbolt support to sincerely future proof it. Now granted it's a whopping 2000 USD, but for those extra bucks I'd be really making a bang for it. It's just sad to see that MSI chose yet again to disappoint by not choosing the ryzen 4000s in this thing. On another side of the coin, Holy s*** the ryzen chips are monsters and save up soooooo much on battery, so the battery argument should not have been made earlier (granted). All I'm saying is, f*** you Asus for opting to give a s*** screen because this would've been the ultimate laptop with the 2060 variant for the simple gamer/college student, on a side note, do any of you know if we'd be able to hypothetically purchase let's just say an MSI screen from a vendor, and (again hypothetically) it fits into the frame and has all the knobs and whistles, would I be able to switch screens from the shitty default to a proper 144 or 120 or even 240 Hz screen with proper colour gamut and sRGB details ? Thanks a bunch

Yep - reviewers are highlighting the poor display. Asus - Increase the price a little and fit a decent screen  :)

things i like-
double battery, triple drive, monster of a cpus, 64gb fastest memory. literally nothing to wish more. (lets be clear, 60-80w gpus is a borderline thin laptops can handle, 1660/2060 is good enough)
things i dont like-
no good screen option which is straight up dumb for such fast machine. so called 120/144gz in reality has 30ms response, anti-consumer as it gets. noise..following modern standards.
..
plenty of tufs on userbenchmark, i think at this moment their price/performance is unbeatable, no chance.

No thanks for the terrible display. Which isn't suitable for gaming or content creation.

The ASUS TUF Gaming A15 is now shipping and for as little as US$999.99. The Ryzen 7 4800H-powered machine has a 15.6-inch 144 Hz panel, but there is also the 17.3-inch A17 if you would like something larger.
