There is no diference between LPDDR3 and LPDDR4x for this kind of CPU and GPU... 2x 2133 MHz it's more than enough for the i7-10510U and the UHD620... 300 nits with a very good anti-glare screen could be ok for outdoor uses.
The price is not for the components but for the chassis and the overall construction.. like for a X1 Carbon for exemple..
Ah, you mean the X1 Carbon that has that 300 nits as its cheapest, entry-level SKU currently going for $300 cheaper? The one that has panel options up to a 500-nit 4k panel, and the real Comet Lake i7 that actually has a significant advantage over the i5, rather than the 10510u's small max-clock bump that never gets reached anyway?
The X1 Carbon 300 nits, Intel i7, 16 GB of RAM, 1 TB of SSD, 3 years of warranty is not $300 cheaper... on the contrary..
I cannot see the X1 Carbon with the i7-10710U on the site of Lenovo but if it exists, it probably costs a lot more than any Asus B9450... and i believe that the i7-10710U heats faster and more than the i7-10510U... Comparatively with the i5-10210U, the i7 version have also a higher base clock and a higher amount of cache memory.
