So, basically, there are absolutely no benefits compared to AMD Renoir chips. Less computing power per watt, higher cost, no standout features - hard to find any single reason for their existence except for vendors being chained by Intel to sell "new generation".

Intel has detailed its next-gen Core H-series for gaming laptops with SKUs ranging from the quad-core Core i5-10300H to the hexa-core Core i7-10750H and the octa-core Core i9-10980HK. At its heart, however, Comet Lake-H will look familiar to Coffee Lake-H in terms of integrated hardware features.
