I realy dont think that there will be a move to pcie 5.0 for consumer pcs the next 5 years. It makes no sense, GPUs are not able to use PCI E 3.0 x16 fully, SSDs are not able to use the full power of PCI E lanes, forsure you can install less lanes but the passed showed us that lot of lanes is possible to why should you go directly for the next tech if you can milk the pci e 4.0 for some years??

No can do. Design the cooling fitting as you see fit.
Those who decide what CPU to buy depending on what cooler is available... don't have their priorities straight.
A good cooler is important. To have the extremely specific cooler you want... not that much.

AMD could be readying the Ryzen 4000 lineup and the X670 chipset for a late 2020 launch, according to a report from MyDrivers. Ryzen 4000 is expected to feature good IPC improvements and slightly higher clocks than the current Zen 2 lineup. Also being speculated is that Zen 3 will be the last of the Socket AM4 processors as Zen 4 will likely make the transition to Socket AM5 keeping in mind developments with respect to DDR5 and PCIe Gen5.
