Leaked slides reveal a beastly 400-500 W multi-chip GPU with 4 tiles coupled with HBM2e memory and sporting PCIe 4.0 compatibility. These are clearly meant for the compute / deep learning market, but it looks like Intel may have multi-chip variants for the gaming sector, as well.
