In den Benchmark-Datenbanken Geekbench und 3DMark wurden erste Hinweise auf ein mögliches Surface Book 3 von Microsoft entdeckt, das auf eine Nvidia Max-Q-GPU und diverse Intel Ice Lake-CPUs setzt. Neben einem 15 Watt Core i7-1065G7 und einem möglichen 28 Watt Ice i7-1068G7 wurde auch ein Modell mit einer potentiellen künftigen Tiger Lake-U-CPU gefunden.
