I do hope Xiaomi do NOT give up on wireless charge, i hate wired connection. I dream on a Phone with NO extrenal wire.. T headphones and wireless charge. that mean NO connection what so ever.. and a good upgrade for Xiamio will be the have speaker in each end of phone, on then it can be call Stereo.. NOt like to day there phones have 2 speaker less then 1inch. between, that has NOTHING with stereo to do.. please move secound speaker up in the top of the phone. and only make it active then call are on speaker, same with games.. 99% of the games is vertical therefore the speaker NEED to be in each side of the phone.. Please.

The big question is how much of the battery capacity will be reduced after say, 2 years? Will the device become unusable even if someone wants to keep using it for longer?

At some point this ceases to make sense, a notebook 280W charger weighs a full kilogram! That's including thick, long and heavy cables, but this probably weighs over 200g too.

OPPO's 65 W SuperVOOC 2.0 is the current most powerful fast-charging technology in the world, as it charges a 4000 mAh battery from 0-100% in half an hour. Xiaomi has other ideas, however, and is set to debut its own 100 W charging technology that will charge almost twice as fast as OPPO's solution.
