Been playing with the configs of both machines respective online configurations and the Sky x7C is easily half the price with an average of -10% in performance (assuming both machine are at max capacity).

The 17.3-inch Sky X7C trades performance-per-Watt for full-on raw performance. While the Core i9-9900K is significantly faster than any 45 W Intel H-class equivalent, the performance delta between RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Max-Q is comparatively small.
