100% ... and ice-lake has better ipc but looses all on frequency.
It might be a wipe-out.

AMD will debut its Zen 3 next year, and is expecting big things from its next microarchitecture. While rumours previously pegged Zen 3 at offering IPC gains of around 8% over Zen 2, the reality could be much higher.
