Xerox should just make a copy of HP.

Recently, a spectacular take-over in the PC market was in the making: Xerox wants to swallow the much larger HP. This plan may be doomed to fail however, as HP has rejected the Xerox offer now. Instead, HP is saying that it may acquire Xerox instead.
