Falsche Online-Bewertungen sind nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern auch rechtswidrig. Das hat jetzt das Landgericht München festgestellt, das Fake-Bewertungen für illegal erklärt. Geklagt hatte das Urlaubsportal Holidaycheck gegen frei erfundene Bewertungen der Firma Fivestar Marketing.
