Actually, I think the smartphone is quite good with the power of MediaTek Helio P70 processor.

BV8000PRO.  They are rugged and very capable of being thrown around but that is about it. The camera is terrible, as said before apps work differently and won't work properly in most cases and the battery life soon decreased to one day after one years owning.
I have decided to just get a good quality say pixel phone with a readily available tough case.

Good to see someone bothering to think that the truth is important. I have a BV9600 pro, and whilst it is similar to the renders, it is dreadful to use, for example it doesn't seem to allow apps to automatically start at startup, so for example WhatsApp, my email client, my weather app, my hikvision security app don't work unless you start them manually. Which is crazy, and what is crazier is that Blackview don't seem bothered by this massive fault, they just move on to the next model. It's is shameful, and also such a shame because these could be useful phones if they bothered finishing them!

The phone works, but the side mounted fingerprint reader has extra 'functionality,' it has a three option sensing function as well, unfortunately you can't turn this feature off. So the phone does other things when any part of your hand or fingers touch it, while trying to do something else.

While the Asian market has been producing a series of successful smartphone brands in the past few years, we have also come across some manufacturers who prefer to look good rather than do good. Our review of the BV9700 Pro showed that Blackview is one of those manufacturers.
