We apologize for the slow reply, but please know that our small team has been working to resolve this issue, and provide you with a solution. Your patience and understanding has not been forgotten, and we truly appreciate it. Now that we have your information, and have been able to process it, we are reaching out to you again. We want to make things right for you. Our plan is to get you the device you ordered (or an updated version), or get you a cash refund for the purchase amount, based on your order with Fortress Tech Distribution Ltd.
Please understand that we are still a small company, and as such, we are not in a financial situation where we can make good on this plan right now. Instead, we are carefully investing our limited funds into new products, and our ability to help you hinges on their success. We estimate that we will be able to ship you a device in Q3/2020, or the cash refund in Q4/2020 at the earliest. While we understand this may not be the most ideal situation, it is the best and most feasible solution we can provide to begin to make up for the mistakes of our former distribution partner. We want to be better, and to provide better communication regarding the status of this issue. We will update you again at the end of April 2020. Should you reach out to us beforehand, we will do our best to reply, however, we cannot guarantee you will receive a response right away.
