President Trump is throwing the U.S. tech companies a lifeline with the latest tariff delays. Apple, Qualcomm and Intel showed their concern when their Q2 revenues were affected by the first wave of tariffs, but it looks like the shopping season will be kind to the U.S. tech giants this year.
