In what may be a fresh blow to Huawei's electronics concern, reports that ARM has told its staff not to deal with the OEM have emerged. The silicon giant has done so as it believes it falls under the recent ban imposed by the US administration. This may affect the ability to produce HiSilicon chipsets in the future.
