Just add a power limit with MSi Afterburner if you are overly concerned about power use

Yes, seriously, the comparison with a GTX 1060 is meaningless without power consumption numbers. If it's eating power like a GTX 1050 and performing almost as good as a GTX 1060, that's fantastic news and should be shouted from the house tops.

If it sucks down watts like the GTX 1060... I'm not interested even though it's cheaper. Some of us have power constraints, ya know? (Off-grid on solar.)

Please compare these cards in a few other popular games too. You just provided the Battlefield data only. Also provide us the power consumption details of all these cards during gaming and idle.
Thanks.

While the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti sits between other midrange and high-end GPUs, we expect the GeForce GTX 1650 to establish itself as a high-performance multimedia laptop GPU. Read on in this review to find out whether the GTX 1650 is a worthy upgrade over the GTX 1050 and if it has enough power for demanding 3D applications.
