Immer mehr Nutzer beklagen sich online über ein Problem, wodurch das iPad Pro häufig auf Touch-Eingaben nicht reagiert. Apple ignoriert den Defekt bisher und repariert das iPad Pro nicht einmal auf Garantie, da in den Standard-Tests kein Fehler gefunden wird.
