Samsung hat in einer Pressemitteilung bekannt gegeben, dass die Massenproduktion seiner 1 TB-eUFS-Speicher für Smartphones begonnen hat. Samsung zufolge erreicht der Speicher eine sequentielle Lesegeschwindigkeit von 1000 MB/s und eine sequentielle Schreibgeschwindigkeit von 260 MB/s.
