Nachdem Qualcomm vor Gericht schon ein Verkaufsverbot für diverse ältere iPhone-Modelle in Deutschland erwirken konnte, hat Qualcomm nun den Prozess gegen Apple vor dem Landgericht Mannheim verloren, in welchem Qualcomm auch ein Verkaufsverbot für die neueren Modelle erstreiten wollte.
