During Intel's Architecture Day earlier this week, SVP Core and Visual Computing Raja Koduri and other key Intel executives gave an overview of upcoming Intel technologies including Foveros, a new 3D packaging system and Sunny Cove, a new microarchitecture based on the 10nm process that is slated to debut in both server and client CPUs in late 2019.
