As implied on the page, the survey does not distinguish between "tech worker" or "employee".  The survey considers all of its participants to be tech workers so long as they are working for a mentioned tech company.

The title claims that the survey includes all employes.
The body of the article says it only concerns "tech workers".
What is a tech worker ? Misleading title...

In a survey conducted from July 16 through July 20, half of Google employees claimed to be underpaid while nearly 14 percent of Facebook employees said they are making too much money.
